Q: How long does it take to make my order?
A: Each piece is handcrafted. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before dispatch.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Changes can be made within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and adjustments may not be possible.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, infinityjools ships to the UK, US, and Canada with tracked delivery options.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: All orders typically arrive within 2–4 days after dispatcs.

 Materials & Craftsmanship
Q: What materials do you use?
A: Our jewellery is made from solid 9K or 14K gold and ethical lab-grown diamonds.

Q: Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
A: Yes — our solid gold and diamond pieces are nickel-safe and skin-friendly.

 Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return unworn items within 14 days of receipt. 

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

• Personalized jewellery (including engraved pieces and fingerprint necklaces)

• Custom orders

• Earrings

Please ensure your selection and personalization details are correct before placing your order.

Jewellery Care
Q: How should I clean my jewellery?
A: Use warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and store pieces separately.

 Q:How to Request a Return
A: Contact our team at info@infinityjools.com with your order number and details.
We’ll provide instructions for eligible returns or exchanges.

Q:Refunds
A: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (minus shipping fees, if applicable).
